BALL

   The ball made out of rubber or soft plastic. It must weigh at least 400 grams and be 18-20 centimeters in diameter.

   Handling include swings, circles, rotations, figure-of-eight movements, throws with catches, bounces, rolls over body parts and on the floor, movements with ball balanced on the hand or on another body part.
