HOOP

   The hoop is made of wood or plastic with inner diameter of 80-90 centimeters. It must weigh at least 300 grams.

   Handling include swings, rolls, throws with catches, tosses, spins, passes through and over the hoop, rotations on the floor, around the hand and other body parts.
