RIBBON

   The ribbon is a single strip made of satin or similar material. One end of ribbon is double folded and attached to the cylindrical stick 50-60 cm in length. The length of the ribbon is at least 6 m. The ribbon must stay in perpetual, fluid motion throughout the routine.

   Handling include snakes, spirals, swings, circles, figure-of-eight movements, throws with catches, tosses.
